I love our Air Essentials the convenience to set the time, concentration of the oil is amazing. I have three lighting features warm, bright or multi color (my personal favorite)! The oil lasts a long time, so worth the money!

Great customer service. I needed to send my AE2501 back to have an Air Flow Sensor added. Had incredible help and communication from Air Essentials. If you are connecting to your HVAC system, ask about adding the Air flow sensor so the unit does not diffuse while the HVAC fan is not running. I did not know about this option before I originally ordered. Could not ask for better customer service. Just with there was better info on the website about this option.

5 Star for scent and ease of use 4 and 1/2 for lack of HVAC fan and unit integration. AE is still one of the World's best kept secret. I purchased the AE3500 and the AE701 on a whim; Read the reviews, and dived in, I was not disappointed. The fragrance i selected was the "Citrus wood", not over powering just perfect...like my home always smelled that way....got so much complements, my Mum took the AE701 and the fragrance. I am purchasing another AE701 cos the wife misses the smell. Note: The AE3500 is connected to the HVAC, but when the HVAC goes off automatically, the diffuser still stays on per my cycle setting....so wastage; so I turn it on as needed. The AE701 is standalone and i placed that in the living room, so when the AE3500 is not on, the AE701 fill the void. I wish there was a way to integrate the AE3500 with the on/off of my HVAC fan, that would solve my problem.

Big shout out to Dee in CS who has been helpful and helping with product selection. She got back to be so fast and was so knowledgeable! Love the Miami Beach scent! I first bought the little scent with the sticks and then upgraded and ordered the AE480 plug in diffuser and love that I can control it all from my app! Genius!

I purchased 2 plug ins just for testing then then purchased the unit for the AC. When I called that the Aroma wasn't traveling thru the AC DUCTS both Omar and Jordey came to my home to see why I wasn't smelling the Aroma.They found the problem and still replaced my unit with a tower as well as gave me oil rrplacement
